In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and manage customer data, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in our systems. Additionally, you will interact with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services. Pay range: $19.50 - $30.00 hourly Job: Full time Key Responsibilities Accurately enter customer data into the system. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally. Update and maintain customer records. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and quality. Prepare and generate reports based on customer data as needed. Identify and suggest improvements to processes and workflows. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
