This role is ideal for someone passionate about event coordination and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range: $900- $1150 per weekResponsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
- Support the Events Coordinator in executing event logistics and ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and attendees to ensure event requirements are met.
- Help with event promotions, including creating materials and distributing information.
- Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration, addressing inquiries, and handling logistics.
- Collect feedback from participants and compile reports to evaluate event success.
- Maintain and organize event materials, records, and supplies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
