Job Description:

Job Type Full-time Description JOB SUMMARY A Data Entry Associate is responsible for Successful on time completion of scheduling service jobs, warranty appointments and coordination with Service Techs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Interpreting work orders, pull sheets, and pick tickets
  • Working with subcontractors, vendors, and other employees to complete assigned tasks
  • Using computers and computer programs such as Excel, other Microsoft Works and in-house applications
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary.
  • Checks source for documents for entry.
  • Prepare, sort and compile documents for data entry.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Update data and delete unnecessary files.
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute percent.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must excel at working in a team environment.
  • Work with Installers, Operations Manager, Suppliers, Warehouse Manager, General Manager, Project Managers, customers including field superintendents, all company staff as required.
