Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry III to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry III, you will be part of the Case Management group within T-Mobile's Legal and Emergency Response team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and have a passion for working with sensitive information. Job Title: Legal Document Processing Specialist Location: Philadelphia, PA Pay Range: $24-$27/ hr. What's the Job?
- Analyze legal documents submitted by law enforcement, private attorneys, and pro se litigants
- Apply standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling
- Code legal demands for proper routing within Legal and Emergency Response
- Handle sensitive information as defined by the T-Mobile National Security Agreement (NSA)
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management
What's Needed?
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Completed 10key and regular typing test with a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes
- Proof of US citizenship in the form of a US birth certificate or US passport
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle graphic photographs or wording
