Job Title: UM Support Analyst (Data Entry)

Location: Mason, OH (100% Onsite)

Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Flexible)

Pay Rate: $21.43 per hour

General Function:

The UM Support Analystwill perform administrative and data entry tasks in support of Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization requests. This includes working with systems such as Facets, Filebound, and Jira, as well as making outbound notification calls to providers and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process prior authorization requests using Facets and Filebound systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through outbound calls to notify providers and members about prior authorization outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping to support the UM process.
• Handle various administrative duties related to utilization management tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven experience in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and documentation.

Preferred:

• Prior experience with HealthFirst or Anthem, especially related to prior authorization processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Filebound software.
