Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed. Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on key performance metrics, booking trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, customer support, and management, to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information. Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the data management workflow, contributing to overall operational excellence. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the handling and safeguarding of sensitive information.
