DescriptionJob Description The Hispanic Health Council is looking for an experiences Data Entry Specialist to join our Youth Services Program. The Data Entry Specialist will support the Extended Learning Program at Maria Sanchez School with collection, data entry and data reports. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering daily student attendance, enrichment program lessons, parent engagement activities and any additional activity or event performed at the Extended Learning Program.
- Assist with monthly Family Resource Center data documentation: playgroups, educational programs, training, home visits and attendance to the program.
- Assist with Apricot, Transact and monthly data reports.
- Maintain in the Program Drive record of each activity executed at the Youth Program.
- Submission of reports to Program Coordinator and Directors based on funders' deliverables within time frames allocated.
- Assist with the development of new data record forms.
- Participate in necessary in-services, meetings and trainings as required.
- Performs related work as required.
The hours of work are 20 per week. Required to travel to site locations (where necessary). This is a grant-funded position. Position is contingent on grant funding. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced Knowledge of the Transact / Cayen Data platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Google forms
- Knowledge of technical platforms (Microsoft Suite: Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Ability to work based on deadlines

- Ability to display professionalism through interactions with staff, participants, and families.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of data entry experience. Preferred Qualifications:
