Duration: 6 month Contract to Hire
Compensation: $17/hr - $20/hr
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in data entry
- Excellent in excel spreadsheets, SharePoint
- Good communication and ability to integrate with the team personality is huge!!
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Adobe or Bluebeam experience
- BIM 360 or Aconex experience (will be trained in this if they dont have it
need to be open to learning)
- Bachelors degree or Associates degree
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Entry Specialist in the Detroit, Michigan area. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for transferring and organizing documents into a database that are between the client and their project. The specialist will need to be very resourceful to find the documents between all parties, put them into files, consolidate the documents, update spreadsheets, & put them into packages all together. The specialist will need to communicate with various teams to put together all documentation they will have access to all documentation they will need to accumulate. The Data Entry specialist will also be responsible for other administrative tasks, time and materials billing and tracking as well as putting spreadsheets together for the T&M.
