Job Summary: This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and ensuring accuracy and completeness in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret diverse data sources to extract relevant insights for accurate and efficient data input.
- Accurately input data into databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update existing data records.
- Assist with data cleaning and organization.
- Generate reports as needed for management.
- Follow established data entry protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Education, Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Two (2) years of proven experience in data entry or a related field required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in and maintain confidentiality.
- Position may require work outside of core business hours, including but not limited to before shift, after shift, nights and/or weekend hours.
- Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly changing work environment.
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check process.
- Valid state issued driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit for extended period of time working in an office environment.
