Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/University degree.
10+ years of business management experience in a complex, financial organization, with particular focus in data space.
5+ years of experience in Data Quality and Data Governance.
Understanding of Data technology and Data management.
Experience in executive/strategy role in the finance industry.
Strong data and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such data governance, data domains.
Strong leadership experience in a Business Unit/Function role and ability to influence .
Proven ability to execute large complex change programs.
Strong project management leadership.
Analytical ability to develop and implement new concepts and tools.
Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication & presentations skills and ability to work with key stakeholder leaders.
Desired Skills & Experience
Master's degree.
Data Quality/Data Management certification.
Experience with Tableau.
What You Will Be Doing
Data Strategy
Implement data governance and operating model for Chief Operating Office (COO).
Assess the data governance needs for COO by partnering with the leaders and other stakeholders to establish the structure and resource model to support the work.
Coordinate COO initiatives with the data governance program including Consent Order prioritization.
Drive compliance with policies/standards (e.g., data quality) and adoption of data governance capabilities.
Ensure effective project management for COO to deliver its portion of the data transformation program.
Define, control, and track progress of data initiatives (e.g., use cases specific to COO).
Provide input into and provide metrics that measure progress and risk reduction for decision making on a regular basis.
Data Stakeholder Engagement
Inspire COO to adopt a data culture and data-driven mindset.
Drive alignment and escalation resolution across COO.
