Position Summary:

Acuren Inspection is actively recruiting for a Data Implementation Specialist to support operations in our Tulsa, OK office. The primary role of the Meridium APM Data Entry Analyst is to provide data and entry analysis support for our client; including, but not limited to, installation, implementation, conversion, documentation, report/dashboard, and data entry via Meridium APM and other systems. We are looking for talent that learns rapidly, has the ability to work with client internal staff to define and enhance processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and administrative tasks as needed; Utilize Meridium APM software to input and manage Piping, Pressure Vessel, Tank and other Assests within our clients facility
  • Accurate data entry and comprehension of inspection field reports, established standards and protocols
  • Recognize, identify and investigate data issues
    • Reviewing CML Anomalies/Errors:o Monitor the Corrosion Management Log (CML) for anomalies and errors, ensuring timely identification and resolution.o Investigate reported anomalies and errors, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.o Maintain detailed records of CML discrepancies and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Adheres to quality standards and ensures accuracy of work
  • Participates in Team Meetings and keeps connected to organizations annual goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to gather necessary information for asset creation and updates.
  • Works within time budget allocations for projects
  • Ensures completion dates are met in conjunction with other team members with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Accountable for project deliverables on time where it applies to data processing and data management
  • Participate in planning and scheduling meetings with Inspection team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Communicate to all in a professional, effective and courteous manner
  • Various administrative support tasks as needed

Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) and command of the English language (oral, written and comprehension)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, MS Office
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning skills and follow-up
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and have an appreciation of deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Requirements:
  • Highschool or GED Degree Required
  • 2-year Technical Degree in Engineering, Data, or Similar Field Preferred
  • 3+ years of data entry experience in an office setting
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a prior technical position (inspection, technical support, quality assurace is a plus)
  • Experience in programs similar to Meridium APM (SAP, PCMS, Ultrapipe, Rbmi) is a plus, but not required
