The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.ERG is seeking a full-time Power Platform Management Analyst with mid- to senior-level experience to support database development, data analysis, and reporting for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. The position is based out of a federal site in Indian Head, Maryland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client's data assets, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with various stakeholders to improve data quality and accessibility.This position will be full-time at the federal site in Indian Head, MD, and will include interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site, as well as from ERG's Chantilly and Arlington offices. Indian Head is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA. Alternative work schedules may be considered.Job Description:Design and develop database solutions to improve data management workflows and enhance data access and collaborationAnalyze and optimize existing data management processes to identify areas for improvementCollaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop customized SharePoint solutionsEnsure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing quality control measuresCreate and maintain documentation for data management processes and workflowsProvide training to end-users on proper data management practicesDeliver assistance and guidance to end-users as neededExcellent customer service and diverse stakeholder engagementQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related interdisciplinary majors or related fields (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)5+ years of experience in data managementExperience with web-based data management and application tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power PlatformExperience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and ExcelProficient with SQL, and preferred experience with Python, JavaScript, Java, and ArcGISExperience with facility asset management applications such as Archibus and Maximo is preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data setsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPrior experience working with DoD systems is a plusMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations.$65,000 - $125,000 a yearERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
