Job Description The purpose of this position is to focus on the management of data entry and configuration in the databases that affect program data integrity, and subsequently performance and will focus on behind the scenes data management. This position will assist Performance Manager and serve as back-up with performance management from state databases - management report creation, and tableau reports.
- Record, compile and analyze performance information to ensure contract compliance.
- Generates and analyzes performance reports.
- Evaluate internal reports and provide management with all required monitoring documents on time.
- Laserfiche & state database management - file management, deletions, record integrity, staff support.
- Credential and employment outreach - record collection, data entry, review.
- Measurable Skills Gain - participant management, data entry, record collection.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate experience
- Three years of experience working in multiple state database systems preferred
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Understand trends and trend analysis
- Proficient with Excel, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills
- A valid driver's license in good standing and proof of liability insurance are also required.
