Job Title: Customer & Transportation Management Master Data Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a Master Data Lead to join our Global Supply Chain team, focusing on Customer and Transportation Management. In this role, you'll manage key data processes, implement best practices for data governance, and lead SAP TM implementation for our Supply Hubs.

This role will have 2 Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Customer Master Data Lead:

• Oversee Customer Master Data processes globally for the Supply Chain.
• Ensure data integrity, governance best practices, and continuous quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support master data challenges and new requirements.

SAP Transportation Management (TM) Lead:

• Lead the SAP TM implementation for all Supply Hubs.
• Develop data strategies, conduct workshops, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage data governance and support the Go-Live process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data management, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Supply Chain.
• Expertise in SAP, S/4HANA, and master data management.
• Proven leadership in process change or systems implementation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across matrix organizations.
