Data Analysis Manager- Contract-to-hire

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager that has experience with data visualization tools including Power BI or Tableau. Management experience and Financial Experience are required.

• Team: Revenue, Supporting Sales
• Day to Day Scenario: This person and their team will interact a lot with strategic accounts, commercial sales team, and C suite; pulling data, explaining the data, providing suggestions based on the data and providing any follow up data that the sales team or c suite might ask for afterward.
• Data could be evaluating rates for an insurance carrier, providing some metrics when they were in revenue, pulling gross profit percentage, pulling from data sources, providing that number to commercial strategic accounts, historic data, projected data based on what a company has done in the past,

Tech Stack: Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Data Visualization tools

Management Experience: Experienced having 1-1s, performance reviews, true management

Experience working with sales teams

Experience with data visualization tools

Management experience

Financial Experience

P&L Knowledge: how to calculate labor costs, doesn't need direction on how to calculate that information, has done some management or leadership, and

Sales/Strategic Accounts might need:

Team Makeup: this person will manage 2 Power BI Analysts
