Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to join our team, responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining efficient data models to meet enterprise and project-level requirements. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data modeling and analysis, collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, and the ability to present complex data structures to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models (3NF, dimensional) at project and enterprise levels. • Create and maintain dimensional models, including crafting conformed dimensions for cross-business unit use. • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure alignment with requirements. • Analyze data to find patterns, relationships, and 1:1 commonalities. • Write SQL queries to query, analyze, and validate data. • Partner with project teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to deliver data modeling solutions. • Develop and enforce standards for data modeling and governance processes. • Provide thought leadership and mentor junior data modelers. Required Qualifications • Proficiency in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical, 3NF, dimensional). • Hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as PowerDesigner, Oracle Designer, or Erwin. • Ability to write and execute SQL queries (ANSI SQL preferred). • Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams. • Strong analytical and communication skills to explain data structures to non-technical audiences. • General knowledge of AI technologies, techniques, and trends. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with PowerDesigner. • Knowledge of OLTP (Online Transaction Processing). • Enterprise-level collaboration experience. Education: Bachelors Degree
