We have an immediate opening for a full-time Data Analyst. You will be a key member of our Product Operations team, reporting to the Associate Partner, Center of Excellence. This data administration role will be responsible for managing an ongoing document ingestion process as well as maintaining master lookup data for our proprietary OneMarket Pricing price benchmarking solution. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advocate across LogicSource teams, the value and need for pricing related documents to be included in the OneMarket Pricing solution
- Administer a document collection and ingestion process for electronic documents containing pricing data covering a variety of goods and services categories
- Identify, collect and maintain the document files in an organized file management system
- Collaborate with LogicSource subject matter experts to apply procurement goods and services category knowledge and knowledge of the OneMarket Pricing solution to review, edit, format and otherwise prepare documents for upload with a goal of maximizing the accuracy of detailed pricing data
- Upload documents into the solution, validate accuracy and utilize solution features to correct import errors and commit data to the database.
- Maintain logs of file manipulation and review with the product team to define feature enhancements that will improve the accuracy of the ingestion features
- Continuously review the system for data quality issues and track through resolution
- Monitor and continuously curate product, client and supplier master look up tables for normalization accuracy. Work in concert with the product team to add or edit normalized data, particularly as new data is ingested into the
QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- A procurement practitioner with both data analytics and communications skills
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Data Analytics certifications a plus
- 2+ years of experience working in data analytics setting
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate), Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to interact successfully with external clients and application end users
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
