Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Data Management: Analyze, process, and manipulate customer data in various formats to ensure it meets the required specifications for production. Automation: Design, write, and maintain batch and PowerShell scripts to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Mailing Jobs: Proficiently manage direct mail jobs using software such as FirstLogic or BCC, including tasks like data cleansing, postal presorting, and output file creation in formats such as DBF, CSV, Fixed Length, and Line Data. Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy and consistency, identify gaps in provided documentation, and seek clarification as needed. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and completion for future reference and compliance. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve processes and tools that increase productivity and quality. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality results. Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and production requirements. Reporting: Complete project billing and reporting on time, ensuring accuracy. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management, including occasional overtime to meet production deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing and programming (any language) Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Proficiency in reading and writing code Experience working with SQL databases, including writing and optimizing queries Ability to read and interpret job instructions, batch and PowerShell scripts, and procedure manuals Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external clients Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Word, MS SQL Server Manager, and Outlook Experience with additional software such as FoxPro, FirstLogic, BCC, and/or Quadient Inspire Designer preferred Experience in C#, JavaScript, and/or Python preferred Working knowledge of USPS postal regulations and the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet production demands Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience and qualifications Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
