Data Processor Clerk

Onsite-Carol Stream, IL

WORK SCHEDULE:

Schedule to include 4 weekdays and Saturdays. (One day off during the week and Sundays off). **Schedule is a guide only, must be flexible and able to work overtime and other hours as needed by unitHours of Operation for the department:Monday 6 am - completion (typically a 10-12 hour work day)Tue, Thu, Fri, & Sat: 7 am - completion Wed: 6am to completion

Hourly rate $18.50

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative/clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting, or similar activities.

• Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.

• Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source documents and/or phone calls into an automated system.

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.

• Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.

• Handle multiple assignments.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.

• Must be able to work under strict deadlines.

• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality
• 1-2 years' experience.
• Ten Key experiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors:

• Accurate typing skills
• Attention to detail/accurate typing skills
• Data entry skills and 10,000 KPH numeric
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to use PC, 10 key, calculator, and/or data entry devices.
• Payment Processing experience desired.

In addition to $18.50/hr base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, The estimated pay for this role is $ 18.50 per hour.
