We are hiring a Data Processor reporting to our Director of Information Services. Data Processor must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Acquires data from primary and secondary data sources and maintains databases, e.g., flat files, Excel, MS SQL, etc.

Filters and standardizes data by reviewing file layouts and configure applicable tools to convert data according to explicit instructions

Ensure data quality when mapping images to data fields according to specific instructions

Produce output files including any sample data, proofing data dumps, counts, etc.

Works with management to prioritize business needs

Collaborate with team members to assign and share tasks to meet deadlines

Work within project management software to collaborate with additional stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

GMC Ignite/Repoint, XMPie, and/or MapSoft preferred software experience, 1-2 years.

Advanced Microsoft Suite of products experience, especially Excel.

Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases

Effective oral and written communication skills

Comfortable with self-taught / self-directed initiatives as well as team-centered projects

Capable of taking instructions and/or seek direction/assistance as needed

Attention to detail and excellent organization/time managements skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of Data Processing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to bend, lift, stoop, reach, twist, turn, and will occasionally be required to utilize the stairs
