**Responsibilities:**
+ Sorting, counting, opening, and routing mail.
+ Batching and staging documents and removing staples and tape attachments.
+ Applying identifiers for multi-page documents with attachments and returning or routing mistakes.
+ Destroying documents after scanning images into permanent storage and labeling non-scannable/miscellaneous documents.
+ Loading documents into buckets and identifying and routing miscellaneous non-scannable documents.
+ Processing return mail, setting scanner inputs, and scanning single and multi-page documents.
+ Managing scanning volumes, workflows, and reports, and conducting continuous scanner maintenance.
+ Generating correspondence on return documents and working electronic document prep faxes (EIDOCPRP).
+ Working classify edits from DocIt and OCR edits, and rescanning rejects.
+ Applying indexes and keying documents into FACETS or AMISYS batch systems.
+ Performing Heads Up Key From Image (HUKI) keying and Heads Up Route From Image (HURI) keying.
+ Resolving XC critical errors and AMISYS batch errors.
+ Handling any special projects as assigned by management.
+ Meeting the production and quality goals of the department, and performing job functions within ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
+ Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ Experience with document scanning and data entry systems such as FACETS or AMISYS.
+ Proficient in managing scanning volumes and workflows.
+ Comfortable working with electronic document preparation and classification systems.
+ Effective teamwork and ability to meet production and quality goals.
+ Availability for overtime as needed.
