It is purpose-built to decarbonize America's homes and drive a market transformation that cuts costs, benefits renters and homeowners, and focuses on low-income communities nationwide. The EPA has awarded the coalition a $2 billion National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant. Together with our coalition partners Enterprise will use this award to deploy a powerful combination of financing, market building, and community engagement to create healthier, safer, and more affordable homes.The Data Program Officer will be a core member of Enterprise Green Accelerator (EGA), a new business line responsible for investments made with National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant funds received as part of Power Forward Communities (PFC) award. The Data Program Officer will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing systems to collect reporting data on the construction and financing requirements associated with NCIF. Ultimately, this is a tremendous opportunity to shape equitable affordable housing and community facility decarbonization.The Data Program Officer ensures proper collection of data, data quality and management and works with Enterprise's Data & Analytics and PFC on all reporting requirements. The Officer has responsibility for assessing eligibility and calculating a project's Impact Rating using PFC's Impact Rating Tool, calculating emissions reductions using EPA's calculators, and will be responsible for analyzing and summarizing data in various management and ad hoc reports. The successful candidate will be proactive, persistent, and detail-oriented, ensuring that all necessary information and data is collected, and issues are resolved promptly. This role supports the Vice President of Green Lending, Director of Credit and Compliance, and Portfolio Manager, and will work with Enterprise's Data & Analytics and Grant Compliance teams and PFC on data collection, management and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and/or PowerBI skills, experience with Salesforce, experience with SQL databases, as well as familiarity and interest in impact measurement and data management.The Data Program Officer will report to the Vice President, Green Lending.This position may be based in any of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Columbia, MD; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Los Angeles, CA; New Orleans, LA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, D.C.Job DescriptionThe Data Program Officer will:Assist in mapping and implementing the full data lifecycle to support reporting and compliance for EGA and Power Forward Communities.Serve as EGA's primary data owner, responsible for ensuring that high quality and complete data are maintained in all enterprise data systems. Conduct trend analyses and create reports used for NCIF reporting to the EGA board, senior EGA and Enterprise management, and external parties.Calculate impact ratings using PFC's Impact Rating Tool to assess eligibility and prioritization of projects and calculate carbon and other emission reductions using EPA calculators; validate and cleanse input and output data in compliance with EPA quality control standards.Work with Enterprise's Data Analytics & Reporting department and PFC on all NCIF reporting requirements.Develop and maintain controls on data quality and integrity, including the deployment of data quality monitoring systems and processes. Maintain documentation, data field definitions, data handling procedures, and quality assurance documentation.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with internal and external departments to identify data needs, define data elements and provide analytical support and standard reporting.Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities and insights.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Preference for 3+ years of experience in financial and data analysis, data governance, compliance and data reporting.Expert computer aptitude skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Programs, including Excel and PowerBI, are essential.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is required, including ability to create and maintain portfolio/impact reports in Salesforce.Familiarity with affordable housing and clean energy finance is preferred.Familiarity with the Impact Management Project's Five Dimensions of Impact and Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials is a plus.Experience with manipulating data utilizing SQL, Python or DAX is preferred.Experience in compliance with data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency and security.Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines.Ability to work well in a team environment and work cross functionally with other departments is essential.Demonstrated commitment to racial equity, social justice and climate justice.Ability to travel (10%).Total Rewards at Enterprise:You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family.The base salary for this role is $93,000 to $114,000, depending on level of skills and experience.The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
