The Data Projects Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating department reports using key data systems, compiling data into monthly, quarterly and annual reports. They will lead monthly and annual work in key data systems including calendar creation, annual survey creation, and monthly survey data extraction. This position will work with the Program Operations Director to manage key data systems, including monitoring data quality, database clean up, developing and updating reports. The Data Projects Coordinator is a vital member of the Programs department and assists with grant management and reporting and regular survey and data collection from community and agency partners. This position will be comfortable learning new technology, as well as an eagerness to utilize Arkansas Foodbank software systems. They will possess strong interpersonal skills, a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, and a commitment to hunger relief. Develop and coordinate department reports using key data systems, compiling data into monthly, quarterly and annual reports.Lead on monthly and annual work in key data systems including calendar creation, annual survey creation, monthly survey data extraction. Provide technical assistance to Program and Operations department on key data systems.Work with Program Operations Director to manage key data systems, including monitoring data quality, database clean up, developing and updating reports.Maintain agency and related databases and records (electronic databases and paper files) ensuring accurate and complete data and service information.Coordinate regular survey and data collection from community and agency partners. Coordinate implementation of one-time projects and updates in key data systems.Assist in grant management and reporting, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.Support Arkansas Foodbank staff and agencies in the implementation of new strategies, programs or initiatives. Provide support with projects and special events including training opportunities, agency onboarding, community meetings, and other Programs events as needed.Support Programs and Development teams on funding planning, proposals and reporting to ensure alignment with program goals. Provide timely and accurate monthly and/or quarterly reports to the Programs Operations Director and other relevant stakeholders. Participate in departmental planning, budgeting and staff development.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data practices and reporting methods to enhance the impact of Arkansas Foodbank programs.Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating collaboration and teamwork.Other duties as assignedQualificationsThe following qualifications are preferred for the candidate or employee; however, other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Chief Executive Officer.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in community outreach, service leadership, social services or related field
- Experience in a non-profit organization is preferred
- Comfortable learning new technology, as well as an eagerness to utilize daily required software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
