Job Description:
Summary:The Data and Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and quality improvement initiatives are developed and managed using a data-driven focus, that sets priorities for improvements alighted with JFS' strategic plan.Essential Functions
  • Creates, maintains, and executes statistical reports to submit performance management data to major funders. Utilizes data to assist with the creation of JFS' PQI report and annual reports.
  • Assists with the design of performance and quality training for performance management and quality improvement capacity building for four major program contracts.
  • Regularly analyzes, monitors, and reports the status of performance and quality improvement efforts and results.
  • Creates and runs custom reports in response to requests from funders, the community, or internal performance management needs from JFS staff.
  • Participates in the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) Committee.
  • Assists managers with developing, implementing, and applying evaluations measures for all programs and client outputs and outcomes. Assists with the tabulation of results. Communicates the results to leadership. Assists with the development of recommendations and improvement plans. Monitors progress towards improvements.
  • Provides overall administration of the ETO database, including system operation and maintenance, system reporting, monitoring, evaluation and enhancement, and staff training.
  • Serves as a Certified Site Administrator for ETO. Member of the CETO group formed by Social Solutions. Participates in ETO User Group Meetings.
  • Creates, maintains, and monitors reports that assist with compliance of the Children's Service Funds (CSF) contract requirements. Coordinates CSF requests for quality data. Represents JFS at CSF meetings regarding performance management.
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of a reporting system that tracks productivity for relevant staff.
  • Assists with facilitating and maintaining compliance with program contacts.
  • Coordinates JFS compliance with COA.
  • Supervises clerical support staff, as appropriate.
Additional Responsibilities
  • May assist in planning staff training and in-service trainings.
  • Demonstrate teamwork in delivery of care management services.

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution, and system thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload using project management skills.
    • Knowledge of JFS services, best practice standards, evidence-based treatment methods, and outcome measurement.
      • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to use standard office equipment, computers and related software applications.
