Position Overview
The NORAM Data Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of client and franchisee data at the ERA Group. Working closely with the ERA Group clients and franchisees to ensure projects are delivered on time. They will report to the Franchise Operations Support Team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Client data is accurately input into SpendVue Reports (Excel)
- Run the data cleanings and data transformation process on the SpendVue Template (Excel)
- Process data through SpendBot system
- Filter and categorize cost saving categories in SpendVue Report (Excel)
- Manipulate data in Excel to provide analytical insights (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Support process improvement of data processing to increase speed of delivery.
- Support Franchise and Customers uploading data for analysis.
- Ensure Accurate Data upload.
- Understand data processing steps and answer questions as needed.
- Attend and support Annual Conference Meetings.
- Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of ERA's overall goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (certificate, associates degree, or BS in data analysis) preferred
- 1 - 3 years of data quality or data management experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite experience: Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi
- Tableau experience a plus
- Project Management experience
- Monday.com experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Travel required at times (less than 10%).
