Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at Data Reconciliation Specialist(s) The Data Reconciliation Specialist will review service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system) for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • -Reviewing service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & -Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip coding -Reviewing TRAC performance data from the telecommunication system -Identifying questionable or incorrect data in either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriate -Working collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance
Qualifications of the Data Reconciliation Specialist include:
  • -High school diploma or GED -Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets -Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • -Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency -Strong attention to detail -Strong communication skills (written and oral) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
