Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Data Recovery Clerk I to join their team. As a Data Recovery Clerk, you will be part of the Data Recovery department supporting the clients Customer's Data Recovery cases. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, advanced keyboard, proofreading and editing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Title:** Data Recovery Clerk

**Pay Range:** $20/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Check in Data Recovery Cases into the Case Management System and communicate with the system of case updates, assignments, and milestones.
+ Follow and assist others in operating under ESD compliance.
+ Disassembly of external hard drive enclosures and NAS systems.
+ Audit Inventory levels of parts stock and supplies and partner with Lab technicians/leadership to procure.
+ Maintain consistent communication, scheduling and documentation utilizing popular email, phone and messaging systems.
+ Process RMA returns/exchanges
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma
+ Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
+ Ability to work accurately, with interruptions to meet specific deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office 365 within a PC environment.
+ Advanced keyboard, proofreading and editing skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Ability to lift, pull and push 30+ lbs on a consistent basis.
