Strategic Validation Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for model validation processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Holistic Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for models across the organization, collaborating with various teams to address potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Portfolio-Level Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategically prioritize models at the portfolio level, considering business impact, complexity, and organizational goals. Centralized Model Inventory: Establish and maintain a centralized inventory of all models, fostering collaboration with teams involved in model development and deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with validation teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders to assess model priorities and facilitate a cohesive approach to risk management. AI Model Initiative Leadership: Oversee the organization's initiative focused on assessing AI models, implementing best practices, benchmarking, and conducting validations. - Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to model risk.
