Position Type: General The Pennsylvania Key/Data SpecialistDate Posted: 11/8/2024Location: BCIU Administration at The Pennsylvania KeySummary of position: In collaboration with the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), support the development of a coordinated system of supports, both statewide and regionally, from which programs can access resources that are specific to their individualized needs. Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details):
- Provide excellent customer service to partners and customers in person, on the phone, and electronically, including facilitate communication between technology and users.
- Assist with all aspects of testing in the PA PD Registry.
- Summarize data to create an accurate picture of early childcare in Pennsylvania.
- Effectively communicate data and data analysis findings with management personnel in support of program implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Data Analytics, Statistics, Non-profit Administration, or related field required.
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to utilize databases, online reporting, and ad hoc reporting techniques.
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 12 months/year Salary: Established by the Intermediate Unit Board of Directors per the Compensation and Benefits Plan for PA Key, Classification - Education Specialist.Attachment(s):
