Join our team as a Data Maintenance Specialist/Data Steward, where you'll ensure accurate, up-to-date data across all systems. Manage and categorize essential dictionary data (SKUs, customers, etc.), maintain eCommerce product catalogs, and support data-driven decisions. Daily engagement with IT, operational business units, and other Stakeholders to align data management practices with business needs. Additionally, the role involves data stewardship and analysis to maintain data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.

Candidate must prove unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor visas currently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain SKU and customer data using ERP/Inventory Management Software
• Maintain customer product catalogs on eCommerce store sites
• Audit and ensure consistency across systems working with cross functional teams
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies
• Apply data governance for quality and integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in data or inventory management
• MSP or Tech Services industry experience
• ERP, advanced Excel skills
• SKU management
• Dynamics 365 (or Salesforce)
• ConnectWise (preferred)
• Work a hybrid schedule with onsite requirements in Miramar, FL
