Job Description Job Description Participates in the design, deployment and support of servers and related systems in assigned technology specialty. Collaborates with senior engineering, systems architecture, network/data center operations, project management and service desk staff to provide delivery, management and operational support of assigned systems within established timelines. Job Responsibility
- Participates in the design, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of the infrastructure environment in assigned technology specialty and works within established project timelines.
- Installs, configures, and supports hardware and software required to operate assigned technologies.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues in assigned technology including hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues while maintaining enterprise service levels.
- Develops and maintains documentation related to technology installation, administration and maintenance and disaster recovery planning.
- Performs availability/ capacity/ performance analysis as assigned.
- Participates in change management and performance improvement programs for assigned technologies, as needed.
- Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
