This position supports the ongoing management and optimization of the CRM software (Slate) for recruitment operations. Responsibilities include configuring the system, developing, executing, and validating platform tests, creating reports tailored to the Center for Distance Education's needs, and providing training to end users. The role proactively identifies opportunities to leverage software features to enhance and streamline recruitment processes. Additionally, this position contributes to data management across multiple recruitment platforms, databases, and web systems to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
