Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Day Care School Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive, social emotional, and physical development.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, cooperation, and a love for learning.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, providing close supervision during activities.
  • Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting developmental milestones and communicating with parents/guardians
  • Foster open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Plan and lead a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play.
  • Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 3-4 in a daycare or preschool setting.
  • Certification: Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Personal Attributes: Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children. Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom community.
