Description Essential Functions:
- Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with Osha, state/local, federal, and company regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment
- Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
- Frequently removes dusts and debris from high and low surfaces
- Completes any daily paperwork required
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager
- Cleaning the restrooms and program areas. Sweeping,mopping and dusting
- Qualifications:
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required
- The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check
