Day Service Agricultural Associate
: Job Details :

This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 during a single calendar week. This position is a part time position with varied hours Monday thru Friday TBD at each location. The primary role is to provide upkeep of the garden and greenhouse operations at the Day Programs

• Ensure that the areas are kept clean and safe
• Report all hazardous conditions/equipment immediately to your supervisor
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the garden support team including:

  Weeding, mowing, planting, watering, fertilizing, harvesting, packing, and labeling

• Effectively communicate and support the organizations mission, vision and values.

• Always communicate in a respectful manner with all people including the people we support, supervisors, other valued team members, and members of the community.

• Maintain confidentiality.

• 18 years of age or older
• Physical Demands:Ability to lift at least 50 pounds or more. Daily standing, bending and lifting
