Day Services Team Leader

We are looking to hire a Team Lead for our Day program (Riverside Community Services). This position supports the daily operations and supervision needs of full and part-time staff. Provide direct supports to project participants. Assist in overseeing the allocation and scheduling of program resources and the daily schedule. Assist the Program Manager and Program Coordinator to develop opportunities for project participants to make choices pursuant to desired community experiences and in daily activities. Facilitate and foster relationships with peers and community members, supporting the opportunity for mutual respect to occur and assist participants in developing valued social roles in the community.

Supervise 10-14 staff in the Riverside day program.

Support daily operations and supervision needs.

Provide direct support to project participants.

Oversee allocation and scheduling of program resources.

Assist in developing opportunities for project participants.

Facilitate relationships with peers and community members.

Education and Experience

Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of related experience or a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Must have a valid New York State Driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
