This position includes janitorial cleaning of 1 account located in Erie, PA. This position is Part-Time, Day time Hours, Monday through Friday, and 3 hours per day for a total of 15 hours per week. If more hours were wanted, that is also a possibility. NO WEEKENDS. Our custodians are responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned: Perform all cleaning duties using provided products, tools and procedures Duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment etc. Maintain inventory of supplies/equipment, including account keys Open/lock facilities, enable/disable security system as required 1-2 Years experience working as a janitor, custodian, or housekeeper for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus, but not required The ability to be fle...Custodian, Property Management, Cleaning
