Daycare Regional Director Foundations Early Learning Center Are you an experienced leader in early childhood education? Foundations Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate and strategic Daycare Regional Director to oversee multiple centers and ensure the highest quality of care and education for our children. Summary of Responsibilities: Direct and oversee the assigned South Carolina Region's overall policies and practices, objectives, and goals. Lead in the creation, improved execution and dissemination of Better Practices within the Center operations. Enable and foster a wide degree of creativity and latitude; creating and maintaining a culture where steadily improving results are demanded. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to center directors across the region.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Monitor the performance of centers, providing training and resources to enhance program quality.
- Foster a collaborative environment and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
- Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in education and care standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for each center to ensure financial health.
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Management, Early Childhood Education, or related degree desired.
- 2-5 years multi-site management experience required. (Childcare industry preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Ability to connect with early childhood professionals, building effective relationships at all levels and to effectively train in best practices.
- Highly skilled and effective communicator in written and oral forms.
- Tolerance for, and ability to excel within, faced-paced, demanding management environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing focus of attention at any moment.
- Ability to set and achieve goals and to improve operations and profitability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards, quality improvement initiatives, regulations and programs that impact on early care programs in South Carolina a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items in excess of 35 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 10 + Centers.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Demonstrated coaching and motivational skills to effectively develop and foster growth in assigned region.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
