Our work environment includes: Casual work attire On-the-job training Lunch provided Our Daycare Center is looking for compassionate, loving individuals to fill positions for Daycare Teacher or Teacher Aide. No experience necessary, on-the-job training and continuing education opportunities provided. Candidates must complete background checks prior to start date, and the required safety training within first 30 days of employment. Strong candidates will have a background in childcare or early childhood education. Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and education. Responsibilities: Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for children. Be patient with young children and their parents, and communicate effectively. Provide children with social, emotional, and academic support. Use good judgment when addressing disciplinary issues; follow child-guidance principles when responding to children's needs. Understand the child's cultural background and respond appropriately. Assist the team in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
