Description

Responsibilities:

* Grounds maintenance and caring for interior/exterior of buildings

* Housekeeping and janitorial tasks

* Other general maintenance duties as necessary

Qualifications:

* One to two years of groundskeeping and/or basic maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties

* Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Must have basic set of tools

* Be responsible and reliable

* Have a positive and professional attitude
