This work demands good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills and may require the use of some or all body parts and muscle groups.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupports Allen Harims mission, vision and valuesMust be able to continuous standing for long periods of timeEmployee must be able to work in cold and hot environments of varying degrees.Responsible for carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling product or objects varying from 2 ounces to 40 pounds.Responsible for wearing, using and maintaining personal protective equipmentMust be able to continuously extend, flex and grasp using hands and armsEmployee must be able to maintain a variety of repetitive hand and arm movementsResponsible for ensuring the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipmentAbility to communicate effectively and follow instruction in verbal and written formOther duties as assigned
