**DEPARTMENTAL DESCRIPTION**

DaySpring is known throughout the Industry as having the Best Customer Service. It plays a vital role within the company and helps set us apart from other companies. Customer Service is part of the larger Retail Sales Division. In addition, this department provides Customer Service for the Ecommerce Division of DaySpring.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Answer customer phone calls for Retail Sales and Ecommerce.

Answer customer emails for Retail Sales and Ecommerce.

Work closely with each customer - general information as requested, PO issues, damages, and orders.

Work across cross-departmentally for solutions for customer needs.

Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This part time position is scheduled for Monday-Friday, from 1pm to 5pm, and not to exceed 28 hours per week. the Customer Service Center team includes 3 full-time reps, one part-time, and one manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school degree, GED or equivalent.

2. Physical activities- employee is continuously required to talk and hear; regularly required to sit, use hands to finger; vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
