Are you passionate about providing care and support to individuals in their own homes? Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne & Western Stark Counties is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.About the Caregiver Role:As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring their well-being and comfort. This companionship and caregiving position has flexible scheduling with daytime shifts available. Clients typically receive 4 hours of care and at times, longer shifts may be available.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressingPrepare meals and assist with dietary needsAdminister medication remindersProvide companionship and engage in meaningful conversationsAssist with light housekeeping and household tasksAccompany clients to appointments and errandsRequirements:Preferred 1+ years caregiving and mechanical lift experience but we are willing to train you.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time effectivelyCompassionate and empathetic natureValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkBenefits:Competitive wage of $15.00 - $18.00 per hourShift differential for working weekendsWeekly direct depositReferral programs and recognition bonusesMileage reimbursementOptional IRA with company matchOpportunities for ongoing training and developmentAbout the Company:Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne & Western Stark Counties is dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care services to individuals in need.
