If you are looking for a challenging, team-oriented environment in which you can put your expertise to work, then this is the place for you.Schedule:Full-Time, 32/hr a week, 8-4:30 or 9-6:30, Tuesday- Friday which will act as a hybrid position between supporting our delivery coordinator and daytime dispatching/scanning, along with supporting delivery operations. Some weekends may be required.Work assigned routes with time-sensitive delivery requirements. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely. Comply with Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding of patient information.Attributes Required: Work Ethic/Integrity - must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophyStrategy and Planning - ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficientlyProblem Solving - ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional levelTeam Oriented - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team members Essential Functions (include the following): Scan prescriptions into totes to ensure proper totting of productCheck totes for assigned facilities to ensure order is complete prior to departurePresent a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients at all timesWork with other team members as needed in special circumstances; be flexible as neededMonitor vehicle maintenance, advise supervisor of repairs/maintenance neededFollow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rulesOther essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed Education and/or Certifications: High School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license and clean driving record Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of driving experienceComputer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferredAbility to work independently and deliver to deadlinesAbility to solve problems with minimal directionGreat attention to detail and accuracyAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlinesQuality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate Work Environment: Requires travel by groundAbility to work flexible hours What We Offer:Emotional well-being and physical health are important, which is why our employees receive a generous benefits package and a work culture that supports our core value of, Treat others as you would like to be treated.
