Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • In charge of shifts and delegating tasks.
  • Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle upset customers and problems with food politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accept deliveries, ensuring completeness and correctness, or issue refunds as necessary.
  • Communicate with managers/owners about inventory status, delivery timeliness, and low-stock items.
  • Check daily petty cash and go to the bank for change if needed.
  • Restock the register nightly with the correct change.
  • Provide feedback to managers/owners about employees' strengths, weaknesses, and dependability.
  • Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Share new ideas with managers/owners to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training.
  • Memorize training material and explain health benefits of ingredients to customers in an upbeat manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, being positive and informative, and giving accurate wait times.
  • Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone.
  • Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes and follow them to prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner.
  • Prep food according to proper procedures.
  • Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby.
  • Put away deliveries and keep everything organized.
  • Wash dishes and put them away.
  • Communicate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and timely.
  • Deliver food to customers.
  • Inform managers about schedule changes and days off needed in a timely manner.
  • Arrive on time and take appropriate breaks.
  • Complete all opening and closing duties.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
  • Follow sanitation guidelines.
  • Stock and rotate food.
  • Adhere to safety procedures.
  • Practice cost-cutting measures.
  • Work as a team player.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
Requirements:
  • ServSafe certification required.
  • Ability to handle basic computer functions and POS systems; experience with cash and credit card handling.
  • Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Come to work with a positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities.
