We will be world-class at every service we offer.Responsibilities: The DC Forklift Driver is responsible for operating power equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload, pick, and count merchandise while holding accountability for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions, and a strong willingness to learn. Prepare daily orders for shipment. Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, or shipping order, to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Loading finished product to the carrier. All other duties assigned while maintaining proper procedures and control.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be forklift certified, Required. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work a flexible schedule. 1-2 years of experience operating various distribution operation equipment (e.g., reach lift, order puller, dock stocker and electric pallet jack, etc.). 1 years of experience working within a Distribution Center environment required. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance. Experience operating RF scanners, required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Personal Characteristics: Strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA.Pre-employment background screening and drug test will be conducted.
