Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our DCT Strategy and Performance Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a DCT Strategy and Performance Data Analyst! This position will be a key member of the DCT Quality Division and will provide support for performance measurement, data compilation, data analytics, and internal and external reporting for the department.
Primary responsibilities:
+ Develop analytic tools and reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, to support and advance strategy programs, including strategy development processes, strategy, and performance program implementation, and Plan-Do-Study-Act processes.
+ Conduct data analysis for DCT strategic planning activities and organizational performance activities including Continuous Improvement and Baldridge Framework initiatives.
+ Measure outcomes, track data to produce dashboards, and perform data analysis for results and retrospectives and programs as needed.
+ Review literature for relevant background information.
+ Work collaboratively with staff and leaders to improve DCT's strategy and performance.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Three (3) years of data analysis, project management, or database management experience that demonstrates the following:
+ Experience sorting, collecting, and presenting data from multiple databases or sources.
+ Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis sufficient to provide timely analysis and visualizations.
+ Experience with computer software applications sufficient to create spreadsheets from a variety of sources and compile lists, spreadsheets, and graphs to track projects and activities.
+ Experience with basic principles, practices, and techniques of database management sufficient to enter and retrieve data for reports.
+ Experience leading projects, ability to work independently to advance and achieve project execution.
Note: A bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience. A master's degree of higher in informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Lean six sigma certification (ex. Green Belt)
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.)
+ Knowledge of Visio and Tableau.
+ Experience designing and conducting surveys and analyzing results of surveys.
