Collaborating closely in a diverse and inclusive environment with customers of all sizes, Deal Managers are empowered to design and execute customized deals and licensing models with customers to help them achieve more with Microsoft products and services. Deal Managers work in partnership with Microsoft's sales teams and business groups to develop strategies for increasing Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics revenue and accelerating customer satisfaction. Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experienceOR equivalent experience.Additional or Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field or related field AND 8+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years sales and negotiation experience or related workOR equivalent experience.Commercial Deal Making IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
