As a Decision Scientist at our client, you'll collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to turn complex data into clear strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop Analytical Models for Decision-Making: - Create statistical and machine learning models to analyze business performance, predict trends, and optimize processes. You'll develop tools that inform strategic choices and drive business outcomes.
Translate Data into Actionable Insights: - Conduct in-depth analyses to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges. You'll interpret data to provide recommendations that support business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate on Strategic Planning and Optimization: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals. You'll advise on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and process improvements that align with data findings.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Statistical and Analytical Expertise: Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and decision science techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modeling.
- Data Analysis and Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
