The position requires individuals who have excellent reading and comprehension skills, evaluate technical manuals and drawings, understand records management, work in a team environment, and have over four years of experience working in the declassification or records management areas.Job Requirements
- Recognize Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program information.
- On site representative will be trained and skilled in applications as defined in this SOW.
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years related experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for education.
- Completion of specialized training in E.O. 13526 requirements, the declassification analysis process, use of classification guides, recognition of NNPP equities, and proper disposition of documents reviewed.
- Completion of training by Department of Energy and be certified as Historical Records Reviewers for the purpose of identifying Restricted Data and Formerly Restricted Data in documents under review.
- Must be able to recognize equities from other agencies and make proper referrals of documents to those agencies.
- All on-site representatives are required to hold current United States of America citizenship. Must be able to maintain a Top Secret and obtain a DOE 'Q' clearance for the position.
- Experience with EO 13526, FOIA/PA, DOD records management and/or declassification are a plus.
